北京北斗星工业化学研究所于1990年在北京市高新技术产业试验区注册为法人企业，原附属于中国科学院，96年以后独立运营。地处中国科学城---中关村。专长从事化学量快速检测和在线分析仪器研制。 本所主要从事水分测试、水质分析、气体检测、石油仪器和理化测试等产品的开发应用。公司下设研究部、业务部、技术市场部等。拥有多名专家及经验丰富的工程技术队伍。在化学传感技术及应用、现代仪器仪表、工业控制等领域积累了对年的研究及现场应用经验。 愿意为广大工业化学领域，石油化工，冶金行业，高校科研部门，提供技术过程分析设计及仪器供应。
